CSS Announces “New and Improved” Innovative Sales Team Structure

New configuration established to better align sales resources with clients’ and prospects’ needs as well as drive growth

 

CLEVELAND, OH –June 21, 2011. Certified Security Solutions, Inc. (CSS), a leading information security services company and Microsoft’s Worldwide 2010 Identity and Security Access Partner of the Year today announced an innovative and strategic sales team structure.

“Moving away from the previous territorial sales structure, the purpose of the new sales team configuration is to better align our management and sales resources to drive our strategic growth plan and better serve our clients,” stated CEO Kevin von Keyserling.

The following individuals move from regional US responsibilities where they served as “Director of Enterprise Services” to their new roles:

John Cilli promoted to Vice President, Enterprise Services. In his new role John will oversee and execute the CSS sales strategy company-wide, and will serve on CSS’ senior management team.

Uri Lichtenfeld promoted to Vice President, Business Development & Strategic Alliances. In Uri’s new role he will work with the office of the CTO, Ted Shorter, and the Marketing department to define the market for CSS Intellectual Property (IP) and develop client-centric messaging that accelerates adoption of CSS’ IP. In addition, Uri will be responsible for managing CSS’ relationship with Microsoft and working with the product groups to ensure our IP efforts are maximized and align with Microsoft’s product roadmap. Uri will also serve on the CSS senior management team.

Matt Halbgewachs promoted to Senior Director, Enterprise Services Western Region. In Matt’s new role he will oversee all sales activity in Western United States.

Kathleen Samber promoted to Senior Director, Software & Managed Services. In Kathleen’s new role she will be directly responsible for driving CSS' Intellectual Property revenue. Kathleen will work as a national sales overlay and take lead responsibility for driving the sale of CSS software products and managed services.

Robertson Pimentel promoted to Team Lead, Sales Engineering. In this role Robertson will develop and manage the pre-sales engineering process for CSS. Robertson will work with each of the CSS sales professionals to provide technical engineering and resources that support the creation and delivery of SoW’s to solve clients’ problems and address their long term needs. Robertson will provide technical supervision and development plans for all CSS sales engineers.

The new structure is designed to allow CSS personnel to specialize in CSS’ practice areas which include Identity and Access Management, Managed Services and Virtualization.

The CSS team is excited about the changes and eager to see continued tactical growth. The sales team alterations will help to position CSS as a leading Microsoft partner for their 2012 Fiscal Year.
