Certified Security Solutions, Inc. (CSS) proudly announced that its board of directors has elected Brian Boruff, currently Vice President of Cloud Computing for Computer Science Corporation (CSC) to join the company's board. Mr. Boruff will assume his position beginning January 2009.

Today, Mr. Boruff's position at CSC charges him with leading the Cloud Computing and Software Services initiative to deliver software-as-a-service and managed-cloud-computing solutions to help clients manage data, lower operational costs and make collaboration across public and private networks easier and more effective. Additionally, Boruff's background includes 15 years at Microsoft where he held various executive roles, both international and domestic, which were primarily focused on software sales and IT services. In his last position at Microsoft, he served as vice president of Enterprise Services and was responsible for providing mission-critical support, professional services, consulting and hosted applications to large and medium-sized business and public sector clients across the US. Previously, he spent nine years at Apple in various management and sales roles, and began his career at HP.
